Born with a terminal disease, Ti Rawlins developed a sort of “gallows humor” at an early age. Saved by a secret procedure, then recruited by the military's Meta Division, Ti went on to hunt down bad guys for the government. When he discovered the M Division was really run by the Horde, he left, changed his outfit, and turned to helping the superhero community. As Killjoy (PL 8), he spends his time assisting where needed, and annoying friend and foe alike while doing it.
