The Peopleās Guardian
Originally the symbol of Mother Russia, Proletariat (PL 9) was the result of a decades-long pursuit of a Russian Paragon soldier. However, with the dissolution of the Soviet Union in 1991, Maksim found himself bounced between one military organization after another, each with differing agendas. Wanting to serve as a proper hero once again, Proletariat traveled across Russia to find and assemble other superhumans. Together they founded the Peopleās Guardians and fight villainy across the Motherland.
