If you aren't 100% satisfied with your loot, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items securely in the original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal and secure it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location. Once received, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
